I was making wine from kits for several years until I had to relocate to a condo, and found many of the whites to be darker in color than expected. Comments about the chietosan and kiessol giving the wine a bitter taste also rang home, I could never get rid of that “kit taste”, didnt have the experience to not add those agents, but will in the future when I start making again.
