Site Update 06/2021

I have migrated white papers from my old site to this one. The white papers have been migrated mostly as-is, although I realize I need to update them. All of the links in these documents are dead, and in some cases the wording needs updating based upon newer knowledge gained.

The menus are updated to make site navigation easier.

I added posts for wines that have no complete record, to make my own internal bookkeeping easier. The posts include any memories I have of the wines in question.
