1987 Baco Noir
September 2006 – If I recall correctly, a friend talked me into making this wine. I wasn’t a fan of Baco Noir, and while I’ve had some good ones, it just wasn’t my thing....

1987 Pear
September 2006 – This was the last pear wine I made. While I like pears to eat, the fruit is too bland to make a good wine. Ingredients Fruit 6-3/4# pears Water 1 quart...
