1990 Strawberry
June 2021 – I was looking through my old notebook and spotted these notes in between blank pages in the middle of the book. Unfortunately the notes are very incomplete — I know when I started the wine and what ingredients I used, but recorded nothing else.
The notes indicate I did 2 batches, a small one and a large one. I have NO memory of that. All I can remember is I made wine for my partner’s wife. I probably recorded notes on a sheet that was with the fermenter and tossed it without transferring the notes to my notebook.
