The following table lists most of the wines I’ve made since my first batch of rhubarb wine in 1981, up to the present. I update this list as I start new wines.
I started out with fruit wines, dabbled in wines from commercially produced juices and wine-making concentrates, moved on to fresh grape wines, and eventually into commercial wine kits when my source for good quality grapes dried up. In the last few years I got back into fresh grapes, purchased a barrel (my first), and am hip deep in wine production.

Please note that I have holes in my list, places where my records are missing. This list is as complete as possible.

| I made 90+ gallons of wine this year. I recall distinctly that I had 18 full carboys (mostly 5 gallon, some 6 gallon), numerous 3- and 4-liter jugs, plus 750 ml and 1.5 l bottles. It was a sea of airlocks in that room. Looking at the records I have, I realize that I lost over half my notes from this year. I think I made second run wines on the Leon Millot, Foch, and Carmine. I recall making a Niagara and Cayuga, but nothing beyond that. | |||
